Shipping & Delivery

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Shipping costs vary on the country of delivery. Please see chart at the end of this page which includes delivery costs, countries we currently deliver to and estimated delivery time. If your preferred choice of country for delivery is not available contact us and we will organize a quotation for you.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery time depends on address/location/country. Please see chart at end of this page for your area. Please note that orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available please ensure that you have your order is delivered to an alternative  address where somebody can accept deliveries.

 

CHRISTMAS ORDERS: ORDER BEFORE 12 NOON on 15th DECEMBER FOR PRE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY.

Please note that all orders placed after 12 noon on 15th of December, may not be delivered before Christmas. Orders placed before 12 noon on 22nd of December will be dispatched with an estimated time for delivery to be January 2nd or 3rd. Orders placed after 12 noon on 22nd of December will not be processed until January 5th. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you a very happy Christmas.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you order does not arrive within a few days of notification of dispatch, please email or phone us and we will provide you with proof of dispatch.

 

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS?

Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. SPI is not liable for these charges. Please check this prior to placing your order. Also please not that redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge.  

 

I HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS, CAN I RETURN THEM?

Always ensure that when signing for receipt of goods that you check to ensure thay have not  been damaged in transit. If there is any damage please make a note of the damage on the courier receipt sheet. Failure to do so may prejudice your rights to compensation. Then contact SPI immediately.
