How do I know which MATIS product is most suitable for my skin?

Matis offers a range suitable for each skin type and are categorised under Brands - MATIS, and then by range or alternatively by Product Type in the dropdown under SHOP BEAUTY

Can I get professional MATIS Treatments in my area? Or is there a local stockist where I can purchase retail products?

Yes, contact us for details of your local stockist. MATIS is distributed through select professional beauty salons  and spas nationwide, where you can also avail of professional face & body treatments. How do I search for a product?

You can search for product via the dropdown, by selecting 'Shop, 'Product Type' 'Brands' or 'Categories'. If you know the name of the product you require you can search in the search bar at the top of the home page. This will find all products relating to your search.

Can I save products for a return visit?

Yes, we hope to make your shopping experience as easy and as quick as possible. If you create an account you can add products to your wish list for a return visit, and you can also look at previous orders.

How do I pay for my order?

We use Shopify payments and accept all major credit and debit cards.

How do I know that my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an automated email, to the address you have registered with us or the address you used when ordering. You will then receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
